We’re excited to welcome you to MD&M West 2025! On this page, you’ll find all the essential event details to help you prepare for your arrival.

The MD&M App is your digital assistant designed to keep you informed on all the action, information, resources, and schedules for MD&M West 2025. Use this formidable tool to network with attendees and make the most of your show experience.
When you download or update the app, make sure to create a MyShowPlanner account. This account is necessary for valuable features of the app, including:
- Networking: Message attendees, fellow exhibitors, and speakers directly through the app.
- Floorplan Access: Easily navigate the event with the interactive floorplan and locate key features.
- Onsite Activations: Plan your exclusive onsite experiences and activations.
Important Note: Thousands of attendees use the app and search Product Categories to find the specific products & services they need onsite. If your Exhibitor Portal is not properly complete, you risk losing this potential traffic. Please confirm with your team that your Exhibitor Portal is complete and updated with your company product or service, description, product category(s), contact information, and logo. Know Your Move-In and Move-Out Details
Move-In
Due to the size of the event, a targeted move-in schedule has been established with specific dates and times for freight delivery. This means there is a window of time assigned for your freight carrier to check in at the Driver Check-In Desk.
To ensure an on-time show opening on Tuesday morning, all exhibits must be completely set up by Monday, February 3 at 5 p.m. After 5 p.m., the use of unoccupied booth space will be at the sole discretion of Show Management and is subject to resale to standby exhibitors on the waiting list.

Please reference the targeted move-in floor plan for your move-in day and time, or you can visit Freeman Online (FOL) for more information.
Additional Notes
- For Thursday to Saturday move-ins, please check in and pick up a move-in wristband in the back of Hall C or in the Lobby of Hall C. This is separate from your show badge and required onsite during move-in hours.
- Booths 300 sqft or less can move-in at their targeted time or Saturday, Feb 1 - Monday, Feb 3, 2025.
- Designated LIFO booths (last in, first out) may not begin set-up until Monday, February 3 at 5 p.m.
- Requests for alternative move-in dates/times will be accommodated whenever possible and can be arranged by contacting Ricky Gonzalez at Freeman: [email protected]
- Should you need to stay past 5pm on any day of move-in, please contact your area Floor Manager to obtain permission and to be placed on the appropriate access list for security

Move-Out
Exhibitors are required to keep their booth staffed through the end of the show. Dismantling early is in violation of the fire code and may result in corrective action by Show Management and/or the Fire Marshal.

Badge Pickup & Registration
Registration Hours & Badge Pickup:
Badge pickup begins Sunday, February 2nd and can be found in two locations, Hall E and in between Lobby A & B, with a third location *only for pre-registered exhibitors in the back of Hall A.

Where should I park?
Parking spots fill up fast during show days. If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels that offers shuttle service to our event, we recommend parking there and taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle.

INSIDER TIP: Due to high volume on show days, we strongly recommend parking at
the Toy Story parking lot if you arrive after 10 a.m.
Will there be a shuttle bus service to the convention center?
Yes, complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Anaheim Convention Center and many of the hotels in the area – review the full list of hotels and routes on our Travel page.
Fuel Up During the Show
Throughout the show, concessions and coffee stands will be available in the lobbies by the show floor. Various food trucks will be stationed outside with food options and there are also dining options at the hotels surrounding the convention center, such as the Hilton, Anaheim Marriott, and Westin.

Lead Retrieval Information
If you have ordered lead retrieval or have a package that includes lead retrieval such as a smart bundle, please be on the lookout for a confirmation email from, XPress Leads [email protected]. If you need to confirm that your order has been processed, click this link. If you did not receive a confirmation email, or you would like to purchase lead retrieval, please reach out to [email protected].
A few things to note:
- If you ordered Lead Retrieval through Informa directly, or have a package that includes Lead Retrieval, you will see the item(s) with a discounted dollar value listed in the confirmation.
- The Lead Retrieval App Package will be listed as XPress Connect App in your order summary.
- All Smart Bundles include the Lead Retrieval App Package or Xpress Connect App.
- The Xpress Connect App includes custom qualifiers.
- If the Lead Retrieval App Package is not the right option for your needs, additional packages and extras are available to purchase through our vendor CDS (Convention Data Services). To order additional services, click here or contact CDS at 1-800-746-9734.
Lead Retrieval download and setup information
- If you purchased the App for phones, tablets or PC's you will receive "Setup Instructions" via email that you will forward to all users. PLEASE NOTE: This email will be sent no later than 2 weeks prior to event start date.
- To get started and to set up, login to the Xpress Leads Exhibitor Portal here, and enter your Exhibitor ID that was sent in your order confirmation.
Lead Retrieval Desk Location
The lead retrieval service desk will be located in Hall E, next to registration and in the back of Hall A.
Dress Code
There is no stated dress code to attend MD&M West 2025; however, we do recommend that you dress professionally to make the best impression on your potential business partners. Due to the high amount of walking on the show floor, we encourage wearing comfortable shoes as well.
Coat & Luggage Check
Coat & luggage check is located in the lobby, outside of Hall C.
What If I Lost an Item?
If you've misplaced any items, you can inquire at the Lost & Found located in Hall E, near Registration.
Where Can I Rent a Wheelchair?
The Anaheim Convention Center does not directly rent wheelchairs. However, there are several mobility equipment rental companies in the area that can help you! Here are a few resources to get you started:
- A Scooter 4 U: They specialize in convention center scooter rentals and offer various packages including wheelchairs. You can contact them at (562) 697-7725 or visit their website for more information.
- One Stop Mobility: This local company offers wheelchair rentals alongside other mobility equipment. Check out their website at or call them at (714) 533-1444 for details.
- We recommend contacting the rental companies directly to inquire about pricing, availability, and delivery options to the Anaheim Convention Center.

MD&M West has partnered with Red Cross and SPMC to host a blood drive. Donating blood is a quick and impactful way to make a difference.
