Move-In
Due to the size of the event, a targeted move-in schedule has been established with specific dates and times for freight delivery. This means there is a window of time assigned for your freight carrier to check in at the Driver Check-In Desk.
To ensure an on-time show opening on Tuesday morning, all exhibits must be completely set up by Monday, February 3 at 5 p.m. After 5 p.m., the use of unoccupied booth space will be at the sole discretion of Show Management and is subject to resale to standby exhibitors on the waiting list.

Exhibitors are required to keep their booth staffed through the end of the show. Dismantling early is in violation of the fire code and may result in corrective action by Show Management and/or the Fire Marshal.

Where should I park?
Parking spots fill up fast during show days. If you are staying at one of the nearby hotels that offers shuttle service to our event, we recommend parking there and taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle.

INSIDER TIP: Due to high volume on show days, we strongly recommend parking at
the Toy Story parking lot if you arrive after 10 a.m.
Will there be a shuttle bus service to the convention center?
Yes, complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Anaheim Convention Center and many of the hotels in the area – review the full list of hotels and routes on our Travel page.
Throughout the show, concessions and coffee stands will be available in the lobbies by the show floor. Various food trucks will be stationed outside with food options and there are also dining options at the hotels surrounding the convention center, such as the Hilton, Anaheim Marriott, and Westin.

The lead retrieval service desk will be located in Hall E, next to registration and in the back of Hall A.
There is no stated dress code to attend MD&M West 2025; however, we do recommend that you dress professionally to make the best impression on your potential business partners. Due to the high amount of walking on the show floor, we encourage wearing comfortable shoes as well.
Coat & luggage check is located in the lobby, outside of Hall C.
If you've misplaced any items, you can inquire at the Lost & Found located in Hall E, near Registration.
The Anaheim Convention Center does not directly rent wheelchairs. However, there are several mobility equipment rental companies in the area that can help you! Here are a few resources to get you started:
