MD&M Wests's 40th year celebration of manufacturing excellence coincides with Sono-Tek Corporation's 50th year celebration of medical device coating equipment innovation!

In our 50 years creating ultrasonic spray solutions for medical devices including blood collection tubes, implantables stents and balloons, along with a wide variety of precision implantable and diagnostic device coated products, MD&M West has played a key role in expanding Sono-Tek's presence and showing off our MediCoat brand to companies globally. We have gained the trust of the largest stent manufacturers in the world, shaping the industry standard for anti-restenosis coatings onto complex geometries with unsurpassed repeatability and FDA approved processes.

These life saving device coatings have carried us through difficult business and economic conditions, including keeping Sono-Tek open and our highly skilled workers fully employed during COVID 19 shutdowns. Our ultrasonic coating equipment has continued to evolve in complexity and our ability to offer high volume custom coating manufacturing solutions has grown. We continue to innovate new products, with our latest unveiling of the MediCoat CC1000 catheter coating system in 2025, the latest in our extensive MediCoat line of equipment.

The medical device market continues to amaze us with new devices that improve patients lives and contribute to the global poulation's health and longevity. Sono-Tek has grown exponentially in our 50 years, and we are humbled and excited to participate in MD&M's celebration of their 40th year celebration.
